I'm passionate about supporting and guiding you in overcoming the Divorce Hangover! Let's go!
Hi, I'm Mandy, your D-LAB Coach!
"Change is inevitable, growth is optional." - John Maxwell
I have my own personal divorce story—a unique journey of healing and transformation. Over the years, I’ve shared my experience not just to tell my story, but to offer others hope and courage—to encourage them to venture into the unknown and become their own rescue device.
At one point, I chose to enter a stage of metamorphosis. I shed old layers—outdated beliefs, limiting mindsets—and allowed myself to grow in ways I never thought possible. I dove deep into personal development, discovering strengths within me that had long been dormant.
Resilience has always been one of my strong suits, but this time, it was different. This time, it demanded more. I’ve always loved the quote, “We are far more capable than we think.” And it’s true. That doesn't mean the process wasn’t hard, terrifying, or deeply uncomfortable—it was all of that and more. But the fear of staying stuck, of not evolving, outweighed the fear of change.
People began asking how I made it through—where my confidence came from, how I rebuilt myself. Over time, I realized I’d crafted something like a “secret sauce.” Not rooted in perfection, but in progress. Real, gritty, honest progress.
I’ve been in a coaching mindset for as long as I can remember—starting back in my teenage years. Whether through athletics, teaching, or mentoring women in entrepreneurship, coaching has always been a natural extension of who I am. Eventually, I found myself facilitating in the health industry for a large organization, where I sharpened my ability to support, guide, and uplift others who felt stuck or uncertain about their path forward.
Today, I’m honored to work as a therapist, serving individuals who are navigating mental health challenges. It felt only natural to continue offering coaching—especially around a deeply personal and transformative subject: Divorce. Helping others move through the chaos and healing process of divorce, and sharing the “secret sauces” that helped me overcome my own, became an undeniable calling. Coaching… It’s woven into my DNA.
That’s what inspired the creation of The D-LAB—a space for anyone facing the emotional wreckage of divorce. Because the struggle doesn’t discriminate, and healing has no boundaries.
As a former military spouse for over a decade, I’m deeply connected to that community and proudly have served it in the therapeutic setting. If you're part of this population and are navigating divorce or still feeling the aftershocks, know that I offer a level of understanding and care rooted in both experiences with compassion. Supporting you isn’t just a profession—it’s necessary and needed.

I remember when I took my first trip solo and thought, "hmm, so this is what it's like to be your own best friend, your own compass, your own soul filling self. I like how this feels." When you start to look at your life from a birds eye view, the perspective changes, you can expand your world and invite YOURSELF in.
